E90 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the e90 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the Terms set out below.

Effective Date: These Terms are in effect and may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the e90 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the e90 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the e90 platform.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. e90 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the e90 platform, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current should any changes occur.

  • Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Having multiple accounts may result in the closure of all accounts involved.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. e90 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify the e90 support team immediately at [email protected].
  • Transferring or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users of the e90 platform agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or other unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the systems, servers, or networks associated with the e90 platform.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the platform or harm other users.
  • Manipulating markets or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any form of betting or gaming.
  • Using third-party software, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform without written authorisation from e90.

E90 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the e90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. Using another person's bank account or eWallet is not permitted.
  • E90 reserves the right to request document verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts.
  • Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
  • E90 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
  • Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction (chargeback) through your bank or payment provider without valid grounds may result in account closure and legal action where necessary.

5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The e90 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, e90 shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Service disruptions caused by technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user. e90 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from use of the platform.

Links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the e90 platform are provided for convenience only. e90 has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for their policies or practices.

6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Amendments to Terms

E90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice if these Terms are breached, or if any activity suspected of being unlawful is detected. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a Terms violation will not be refunded.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary materials on the e90 platform are the exclusive property of e90 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of any such content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

E90 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the latest version on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
